MOOOOOOOOOOO.........
So, we were all supposed to go to a dairy today with a couple from church, but I decided I wasn't up for it this morning. Mark went to see the cows and Oskar sported his cow diaper cover in honor of the occasion.

Oskar made his first out-of-state trip last week. We got to spend a few days at Uncle Lars' place in Portland while Mark attended meetings in a suburb. Unfortunately I didn't take more pics. I didn't even get a shot of the soon-to-be AUNT Jenny.

Oskar's First Real Hike
Cowiche Canyon Uplands Trail

Just a few of the varieties of desert wild flowers that have been blooming...

Oskar enjoying the ride on dad.
Oskar after his first "picnic".

Kooper was there too, but somehow the pics of him got lost on the computer.

At two months (9 weeks) there are bigger babies, but not many.
Oskar James Latest Stats
Weight: 14 lbs 9 oz (That's the 96th percentile folks!)
Lenght: 24.5 inches (93rd percentile, and I don't think he was fully stretched)
Our little man also had an assortment of shots today and showed us just how strong those lungs are and that he can turn redder than a ripe tomato. We're not sure if that was more traumatic for him or his parents.
Anyways... Here are a few pics of him.

Oskar...
Not happy about this shot.
Mom and her boy... He has really started to look at faces and track objects.
Dad and his boy after lunch...

Just chattin' it up with Uncle Paul in South Africa.

Two Month update coming soon... just waiting for our official weigh in at the doctor's on Monday.

Oops. It has been awhile since we posted new pics, so here is a random sampling over the last week or so. Oskar still sleeps a lot so we try to catch pics when he is alert and busy, but then it is easy to forget to take a pic while he is stealing our hearts with his little squeaks and gurgles.

He used to look so TINY in this car seat... now he fills it right up!
Just plain cute...
Mom and her boy in his hip H&M cardigan from the Fernandez family and Gayle. Thanks! It is SO cozy.
Here are a few shots to capture the rapidly increasing rolls in Oskar's arms and legs. This boy knows how to pack it on! I weighed him at home today using our bathroom scale (myself with and without him), so it isn't entirely accurate, but I came up with 13 pounds. Wow, but every bump and roll is oh-so-precious.

10 tiny toes.
